Who Am I? : IDK

Have you ever just stopped for a second and asked yourself, “Who am I?” It’s such a simple question, yet so hard to answer. Am I just a student? A friend? A dreamer? A thinker? The truth is, I don’t really know. And maybe that’s okay.

Still Figuring Things Out

We live in a world that constantly tells us we need to have everything figured out. A plan. A goal. A dream. But what if we don’t? What if we’re still in the middle of discovering who we are? That doesn’t mean we’re lost—it just means we’re still growing.

Life isn’t about having one fixed identity. It’s about exploring, changing, and evolving. Some days, I feel like I have everything under control. Other days, I feel like I have no clue what I’m doing. And that’s completely fine. Who I am today may not be who I am tomorrow, and honestly, that’s kind of exciting.

More Than Just Labels

People love to put labels on everything. Smart. Creative. Lazy. Hardworking. Funny. Serious. But we are more than just a bunch of words. We are our experiences, our struggles, our victories, and our failures.

Maybe I don’t know exactly who I am yet, but I know what I love. I know what excites me. I know what makes me feel alive. And maybe that’s enough for now.

The Journey Matters More Than the Destination

Instead of stressing over who we’re supposed to be, maybe we should just enjoy the process of becoming. There’s no rulebook for life. No perfect way to live. The most important thing is to be true to yourself, even if you’re still figuring out what that means.

So if you’re feeling lost, if you’re questioning your purpose, if you’re unsure about your future—breathe. It’s okay. You are not behind. You are not failing. You are simply on your way.

Maybe we don’t need to know exactly who we are right now. Maybe all we need to do is live, experience, and keep moving forward. One day, we’ll look back and realize we were never lost—we were just finding our way all along.
